Kaizen Health has specifically developed a health assessment web-based dashboard that delivers instant health reporting to end-users. Evidence-based scientific research data from around the world is utilised to benchmark the end user’s health assessment. As our users demand a high-quality service, Kaizen’s Health analytics reports will be delivered instantly providing user-friendly portal instruments indicating a level of overall health. Every client who partakes in a Kaizen Health assessment will also instantly receive personalised meal and exercise plans along with their health report.

We strive to be at the forefront of health assessments, and hence we have developed our own software using the latest technologies such as PaaS (Platform as a Service). This allows us to deliver our software quicker to the market and performance can be scaled on demand. The platform is structured to adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Using Kaizen Health’s unique assessment protocol, the platform drives the health analytics, bringing cutting edge service to individuals and businesses where reports are available including overall health score assessments.


Unique to Kaizen Health, is our software’s ability to produce instant health reports on completion of all health assessments. The company health report will appear on the employer’s dashboard and be based on employee’s health performance, including an overall business health performance score. Furthermore, recommendations based on individual, departmental and organisation health assessment results will be provided from this health report. Kaizen Health will also provide every organisation with an annual presentation, establishing key findings, results and future solutions.


In order to measure return of investment, we recognise the importance of measuring key metrics such as sick absence, employee productivity and satisfaction. It is clear, from our research, health providers do not measure these metrics and therefore fail to show the monetary value of providing a healthy workplace. It is therefore the intention of Kaizen Health to be a leader in ‘before’ and ‘after’ analysis of every organisation, subsequently measuring return of investment.
